And most importantly, I also tested bandwidth usage with your niuproxy.com system, and the bandwidth calculation is still double like okkproxy.

Furthermore, you were banned together on Reddit, and the moderator of that subreddit stated that you were banned together on that subreddit.

As for the NiuProxy test and the Reddit matter, neither independently establishes that a NiuProxy account was billed incorrectly. The relevant evidence is the actual NiuProxy account usage and order records.

That's what should be used to verify any billing discrepancy.

You are trying to distance NiuProxy from OkkProxy by saying the person who directed me was only an “external promotional representative.” However, that person was the contact officially provided on your NiuProxy promotional post, and they redirected me to OkkProxy. The proxy system and ports used by both are also identical. This raises reasonable questions about the relationship between the two.
To avoid further debate on that point, I would like to focus on a clearer issue.
Can NiuProxy please give an official and clear confirmation on how traffic is calculated on your platform?
    Specifically:

Do you only count downstream traffic?
Or do you count both upstream + downstream?
Is the final usage multiplied by 2 (x2)?

Please answer directly as NiuProxy, not through any external representative.
If your billing method is normal, it should be easy to confirm publicly that you do not use the upstream + downstream × 2 calculation.
Once you give a clear official statement, I will verify it with actual data and provide the corresponding evidence.
Looking forward to your clear reply.> @NiuProxy said:

Regarding the forum post community.bablosoft.com , you provided your Telegram contact information as @cxy0319 and your sales site information as niuproxy. I then messaged you, and you directed me to use okkproxy. You claimed you were different companies, but why was the company information the same, and that all the servers using the proxy were 100% identical?

Furthermore, I have provided the complete chat logs. I downloaded the entire chat before it was deleted, but it contains some of my personal information, so I cannot send everything. I am certain that the images I provided are complete.

Thanks for providing the additional context. We just want to clarify one important point regarding the screenshots you have posted.

The person shown in these screenshots was an external promotional representative engaged by us to help with promotion and customer outreach. They were not responsible for NiuProxy's billing system, usage accounting, or technical operations, and their statements should not be treated as an official explanation of NiuProxy's billing methodology.

This also explains why you may have been directed from NiuProxy to OkkProxy when contacting that person. Using the same external promotional representative does not mean that statements made in a conversation with that representative constitute NiuProxy billing records or establish how your NiuProxy account was actually charged.

We understand that you have retained the full conversation and that it contains personal information, and we are not asking you to disclose that information publicly. However, screenshots from a conversation with an external representative still cannot establish whether your NiuProxy account was actually billed incorrectly.

If there is a specific discrepancy with your NiuProxy account, the relevant information would be the NiuProxy order, usage records, and account history. Those are the records that can verify the actual billing.

Regarding the account restriction, we won't discuss customer-specific account history or private communications publicly. We simply want to make sure that conclusions about NiuProxy's billing are based on the actual NiuProxy account records rather than statements from an external promotional representative.

You are trying to distance NiuProxy from OkkProxy by saying the person who directed me was only an “external promotional representative.” However, that person was the contact officially provided on your NiuProxy promotional post, and they redirected me to OkkProxy. We don't think a public yes/no statement taken out of the context of a specific account would meaningfully resolve this dispute.

The relevant question is not what can be inferred from screenshots or individual tests, but what the actual NiuProxy account records show. If you believe your account was billed incorrectly, the order and usage records are the appropriate evidence to verify that.

We have nothing further to add based on screenshots from another brand or moderation decisions on another platform.

    Count both upstream and downstream.

So you're confirming that the upstream and downstream charges will only be applied one, not double, right?

    Are you sure?

  • And another ridiculous thing, you say you have no connection to okkproxy, so why is my okkproxy account also banned when I try to log in with niuproxy.com ? Haha

And once again, please confirm that you only charge upstream and downstream once, and don't charge the reverse direction with double bandwidth.

If you dare confirm this, I will send you a video showing that you are completely lying.

Your NiuProxy account was restricted due to security-related factors associated with your previous activity.

This is an account-management matter and has nothing to do with how bandwidth usage is calculated.

Yes. NiuProxy calculates usage based on normal upstream + downstream traffic consumption. Each direction is counted as its actual traffic usage, not artificially doubled.

Being a little more open about the details would go a long way for dispelling mistrust. I'm sure @popproqn wouldn't mind considering you both feel like the full details will exonerate you. All we have now is a he-said she-said situation with severely missing context and contradictory claims.

Yes. NiuProxy calculates usage based on normal upstream + downstream traffic consumption. Each direction is counted as its actual traffic usage, not artificially doubled.

This is the most detailed video testing how Niuproxy calculates traffic, and I've also clearly explained the entire testing process in the text file.

Looking at the initial results, the total bandwidth used was 190MB at the start of the test.

After running the test on a 100MB file, you can see that instead of calculating only 100MB and using 290MB of bandwidth,

the bandwidth used became 390MB. You can see in the statics that they calculated that download at 200MB, even though clearly only 100MB was downloaded in curl.

Therefore, you are clearly seeing double the data usage, contrary to your previous claims.

This video may take you 3 minutes
because this proxy provider only updates bandwidth at even hours, once every hour.

For everyone using Niuproxy and OkkProxy proxies, you can try checking using my method or yours.
