Unusable Servers and a Global AxusHost Network Crisis

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the ongoing AxusHost network outage, which has now persisted for 6 days. This is no longer a minor inconvenience; the technical failures are catastrophic, rendering our servers completely unusable.

What started as a "scheduled maintenance" has spiraled into a global network collapse. Customers are experiencing severe packet loss, crippling latency, and intermittent connectivity that makes running any critical service impossible. The status page admits that the network "has not yet fully returned to normal," but for us, the service has been effectively down for the entire week.

The situation is unacceptable for several reasons:

o Global Impact: This isn't an isolated issue affecting a single region; the entire AxusHost network seems to be suffering from this upstream failure, impacting users worldwide.

o Unresponsive Ownership: Despite the severity of the situation, the owners and support team are virtually non-existent. There is no direct communication, no answers to tickets, and no accountability. We are left staring at status updates while our infrastructure sits dormant.

o Prolonged Outage: A "scheduled" maintenance lasting over a week with no clear end date indicates a catastrophic mismanagement of the network infrastructure.

The fact that the company has brought a new upstream online but is still struggling with the "existing connection" while ignoring the needs of their paying customers speaks volumes about their priorities.

What have you done about the catastrophic network outage so far? @fakeguy

How has your disaster recovery plan holding?

  • If it makes you feel better, my server with axushost is online, no issues solid service best network i’ve experienced.

Looks like they lost GTT upstream.
So probably OP facing reduced capacity issues with his IPTV (seen his other posts before btw, pretty much looks like it)

    Boy time to move on.

There are plenty of providers which are better for this usage.
NovoServe, Edgoo, istrqrar, Pio, Ecatel/Novogora, Hostslick, Colocartel, Interkvm/ZET.
    List goes on for this

  • Is it an outage or intermittent connectivity? That's some shitty AI and shitty report. Not sure what OP hoped to achieve except bitch.

packet loss and extremely high pings. Servers obviously had server connection problems. Useless.

correct. gtt was supposed to be added 3 days ago. Still no GTT. Other 2 upstreams but still there has been packet loss and high pings. There were very few moments when all worked fine, but then, problems again.

What IP range is your server on?

looks like their biggest downstream also left
    https://bgp.tools/as/208220

only 1 /24 now upstream is Axushost

    also alow of low visiblity ranges;
some seem rpki removed or something

  • I am posting this after more than two weeks of delays, excuses and zero money received.

I was a customer of AxusHost (contact: Deen / @deenjunior) for about two years. In late August I had ongoing routing problems (high ping, packet loss, especially with GTT / Hurricane / Asimo paths). The servers became unusable for my use case. After several days of complaints and “we are rerouting / we bought new servers / it will be fixed” replies, I asked to cancel and get a refund of unused time plus remaining credit.

On 27 August Deen confirmed in writing that I had added €1,400 on 24 July and that he would refund that amount. He said it was a bit more than the current balance but “fair” after I would order elsewhere. I sent my IBAN the day before.

Deen replied that he would send the refund confirmation the next day and that the servers would be stopped afterwards. Shortly after, the servers were cancelled all at once.

    What followed:

    • 28–31 August: I told him no money had arrived and my bank showed no incoming transfer. He said refunds take a few days from their side, “when it’s sent it’s 90% instant”, and that he would send the bank statement. Later he pasted a generic text about “3 to 20 business days”.
    • 1–3 September: He claimed the money “was sent yesterday” and the bank said it would arrive “today”. Still nothing. He repeated the IBAN as if it were a transaction ID.
    • I asked many times for a proper bank statement that includes a real transfer / transaction ID that my bank can actually trace. He sent screenshots that contain no usable tracking reference. I pointed out that a screenshot can be edited.
    • He then said he was on holiday, did not have his work phone, kept “forgetting”, put it in his agenda, etc.
    • By 9–10 September he was still saying the money had been sent “9 days ago theoretically” while my account still showed zero and my bank confirmed nothing was received.

He never provided a transfer ID, SWIFT/SEPA reference, or any document my bank could use to locate the payment. The only thing that happened on his side was cancelling the servers and keeping the funds.

I am not asking the community to take sides without evidence. I am posting the timeline because after two years of business the refund that was explicitly promised never arrived, the proof requested multiple times was never given, and the communication turned into repeated delays.

If anyone from AxusHost wants to resolve this, the only thing required is the actual refund plus a verifiable transaction reference. Until that happens I consider the €1,400 unpaid.
