I assume so, since the 60% discount applies to "all basic plans" and the 2x RAM upgrade applies to "eligible basic plans". Whatever the overlap is, you should be able to get both. If not, then the OP is written misleadingly.

Yes, they can be combined

On National Day they were even doubling account credit deposits, and all 3 of those deals could be combined

Hello, I recently purchased a BASIC-AP-1 VPS in the HK DC1 data center, but I found that its performance and network quality did not meet my expectations. Could I request to switch the data center to SG? Please either destroy the current HK DC1 VPS and create a new one in the SG data center, or refund the credits to my account balance so I can place a new order manually. Thank you!

I got one of their cheap budget plans (not included in their promos in the OP) and am happy with the performance. Works great for my basic needs, plus I can happily browse websites and streaming services in Japan via Wireguard, including most that are a little too VPN/geoblock-happy

Haven't encountered any issues. If I ever need something with different specs, would go for them again
