  This is interesting. I once tried to do it with just a redirect in Cloudflare, and I couldn't get that to work. I hope it does make it into the wiki.

  I just did it with rewrite rules, no vps needed.

  Add a CNAME for [your subdomain].pulsedmedia.com with the proxy status set to Proxied (orange cloud).

  Go to Rules > Overview > URL Rewrite Rules and create a new rule:

  Rule name: Choose any name

  Expression: Select Custom filter expression and Hostname equal yourdomain.com

  Path Rewrite: Select Dynamic and use concat rule:
  

  Save

  I can't post in text format here because lowendtalk/cloudflare keeps thinking I'm doing sql injection

  this solution works perfect without having a reverse proxy. Not too complex doing multiple domains using these steps and add folders in your public html and add the folder to the concat rule.

  I mean Väinämöinen is good, but not THAT good. Even a human would completely miss that, since to reply to tickets, the billing server has to work. The API functions over HTTPS, so it tests full stack.

  Your first reply to the boilerplate you showed is:

  The answer ise uselessly long and incorrect. 503 time out means your reverse proxtly time out, not my browser. Can't access the billing panel

  Väinämöinen replied completely correctly on both times, on first it thought your service is at error. On second, you told it is billing. and revealing is: The catch is that your ticket reached us without an account attached, so I can't yet see which server is yours.

  You made an anonymous misleading ticket with no billing profile

  DEMANDED 100$ for the bot answers

  You reopened ticket just with "i can't access my account".

  There is genuinely something to fix here, asking clarifications etc. Minor things, but väinämöinen actions were 100% correct in the gist of it, just nuance fixes.

  I'll still fix the assignment stuff tho, that's a gaping hole. If submitted anon from website, it does not get assigned to the customer ... hmm, that actually might be security critical since the from address is easily spoofable on a web form. So on the 2nd reply assignment i guess then.
