I'll be back today and do a general check of all the tickets and requests. I've already resolved some urgent ones, but others are still pending. Please be patient, and we'll be back to you.
That’s no excuse. The system has been down since the 16th, yet no one has paid any attention to me.
No excuses, we simply have a lot of requests during the holiday season.
Urgent requests are still processed and resolved, some are probably still in progress or pending.
Looks like IPv4 for that subnet has started working again by and by, with more and more destinations becoming reachable, at least in principle, thanks! Still need to observe if there are any caveats.
By the way, is it known what the issue was?
Thanks for the kind offer! IP address changes are always a pain. In the front-end of my service, at least I can make the necessary changes myself. But for the back-end, I depend on other people (like you with your upstreams). The initial IPv4 address change took several days to get effected by them. The recent IPv6 address change still hasn't been processed yet, and my service is still broken, and I need to wait for someone else to get things on the back-end side working again.
Thus, I rather waited for the IPv4 connectivity to come back in the hope it wouldn't be too long, rather than temporarily changing IPv4 addresses, thus once again breaking not only front-end but back-end again, and then the same process all over again when switching back to the original addresses.
Anyway, thanks, and I hope things will remain more stable going forward.

+1 vCore, please, if possible. Thank you!
After some checks, we discovered that they were not the cause of the drops that day.
The team is still investigating, and the status page will list what happened as soon as we have everything in hand and are sure.

Hi, @DeluxHost, you write that the T-1 tariff has a 10 Gigabit port, but when I select it, 1 Gigabit appears in the cart instead of 10. Where is the truth?
Thanks!
Its been more than 24 hours since I bought the subscription, they didn't provide me any server nor responding on tickets!
feeling scammed
Please not buy from them else you'll fall into their scam.

Deluxhost is definitely not a scam; I've been working with them for a long time and haven't had any problems, but their technical support isn't always quick—they're probably busy right now. As mentioned above, they said we need to wait until they've processed all the requests.
I created a ticket, too—your system enabled auto-renewal and charged me more money a month earlier than necessary
Subnet 46 is back, but no connection to apt sources is possible. C'mon man...
Other server on 162 works fine though.

people i see are genuinely happy to buy new cheap offers here.. nobody cares about some dissatisfied customers, nobody gives a fuck, later they start asking for their money back and maybe read thru some of the negative feedback they skipped before.. otherwise congrats @DeluxHost you found your niche - blackfriday-ish offers any time of the year, it is very attractive and inviting.. me? no worries, never again will i buy from you. but i am not someone who goes trying to ruin your successful overselling business just because i've wasted 100 euros..
good luck everyone, you are getting on a shitty cruise ship, but the shrimp is fat and juicy first few days, so eat it up!
First of all, I do not think DeluxHost does everything good. There's issues. A lot of them. Overselling is the part of it.
But I should say... between my first and second order id's is more than thousand. In the span of two months.
I do not know if those people have issues, and I do not know how hard those issues is. But I do know my VPS works just fine, and I do know this forum have like 5-7 people which is talking about some problems.
For now I can guess there's "loud minority" which is not satisfied. I could be wrong. And it's not excuse if only minority have issues, there shouldn't be any.
But if we add price to the equation - it became sad reality. Cheap service, which is works for the most of clients. And exactly because it's cheap it can't afford to solve individual issues.
Again, it's not a good thing. Just a matter of luck sadly.
Still I do think price worth the risk tho.

+1G RAM
and that's why i wrote "good luck" to everyone.. minority are those who actually track and notice the problems. if my VPS has 40-50% CPU STEAL, it means mostly all others on the same node are also starved for compute, except the select few who are running super heavy tasks that actually hog all the CPU power. or, this is because of extreme overselling on the node. i do not say all 9 of my vps are plagued by that, but i do say that currently 7 of 9 have STEAL from 10 to 50%. anyways, what's the point in continued complaining? it is what it is.. 2 months i've been at it with them, several tickets.. 1 VPS successfully migrated to a nearly zero steal, 1 was nearly zero for a while.. 2 of the worst steal VPS i will be giving up in a month, so then only 5 of 7 will be affected.
ps lucky you..
If they can't serve they shouldn't be even selling it.
It's been more than 48 hours since I made the payment, and they haven't provisioned a server for me, nor are they responding to my tickets. Forget about resolving the issue, they haven't even acknowledged my tickets yet.

And where is Deluxhost support? Are they with us? Are they among us right now? Are they alive?

I activated your server, there was a problem with delivering it immediately, but honestly even writing this seems a bit exaggerated to me.
1G should be the correct one.
We will have an admin edit the post, it seems there was an error, however we recommend checking it on our site, it remains the correct and most correct source.
I can't see any problems with the subnet with 46, but we will do a more thorough check
If i can say, Fortunately, there are very few nodes with stealing issues. I haven't forgotten about your case. I moved your VM to a node some time ago, which you confirmed was problem-free.
However, the primary goal remains not the migration but rather to resolve the issue with all nodes. To do this, we will soon be conducting more thorough checks on all nodes, even those without issues, to limit CPU abuse and potential problems. This was much more consistent in recent months, but lately, especially after the June issues, our resources and time have been shifted elsewhere to ensure stabilityn and This seems to be working for now.
So yes, I am aware of it, it is not a general problem for many, few are affected, but that does not change our commitment to them.
I understand. The T-1 has already sold out, and I took the T-2.
And now...
