FWIW I did minimal benchmarking (hey, it's one shared server with lots of users and I don't want to "push the brakes" for all) and transferred a few quite large files (2 digit GBs) and am under the impression that we got a good deal here. processor is reasonable decent for what's basically is a storage container, disk speed is within a reasonable range, and network seems to be quite fast.
The only thing pissing me off big time is that slop blathering vinäi[whatever] ai monstrosity.
Other than that it's a really good deal.
Yes, it will be dealt with eventually. You have not been charged, and you asked for a bespoke server and bespoke payment method fully knowing we don't normally support this and we provided them because mission aligned. You didn't accept the delivery because it had too much ram (and 1 module is doing ECC corrections) AND you wanted single SSD instead of 2x SSD. We haven't charged you.
We will change you to standard WHMCS billing and standard processes now, last bespoke server for you. I will not deal with bespoke stuff which takes dozens of hours for me to personally deal with.

Currently have 4 different boxes with pulsedmedia now from various offers (after snatching an 8TB seedbox, although I will probably cancel one of the older ones now). Happy with the service - have had a few issues on and off, but have been pretty impressed with the AI service responses recently as they are pretty quick and detailed. For torrenting, backups and non-production deployments it's been a good deal. Where there have been issues I've been compensated fairly with extensions to service time.

preparing the minitrophy to be dropped anytime this week too, specs all internally identified, now it is just question of finishing touches and timing.
SSD Seedbox 250GiB 10G was never in stock as per products.json but appeared in eternal-drops.json two times today and eternal-orders.json shows the same, it is strange how it is being claimed because i tried the same time and it was always out of stock despite the open_now was having 1. the discord also not dropped the notification about these two drops. looks fishy to have sale like this where they claim it themself. previously it was 14 so should be 16 but it is 15. i have tried the checkout in both time, i have the record and the stock was never there.
products.json updates a little bit slow, but i'll ask the investigation to see why not visible there. Probably appeared on the drop feed -> bought before products.json cron ran.
Also @stupidgenius was correct, the 250GiB wasn't until today in the automatic drops feed, was corrected a few hours ago.

There indeed was a bug, no monthly price --> Väinä had decided the code needs to mute those drops from the discord feed. Other's still investigating.
strange, there was a drop, i placed the order but it was claimed by someone later at 7:34:17 GMT 5:30+, the drop was at 7:20 GMT 5:30+ and my Order Number: 9221031076 passed without any invoice. there was no drop after i checkout so i am not sure where to look for the invoice for this order.
