Looking for network-optimized VPS in Fennoscandia and Europe
Hi. I’m looking for the network-optimized servers. Approximate locations: Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, France, the Netherlands. Finland and Sweden are particularly needed.

3) I’m primarily looking for VPS, but I’m open to considering affordable dedicated servers at a reasonable price.
4) The network must be stable, as must the servers’ uptime
The servers are needed as VPN nodes. I try to ensure the provider's security - I block popular insecure outbound ports, and logging is enabled by default. Torrents are blocked unless explicitly permitted. I am ready to interact with the provider and implement additional policies if necessary. Overall, the audience is straightforward - they just want to use social media and read the news - and there have been no issues during the project.
