See everything gets ~194 IOPS -> That means artificial limit. We are working on v2 support, and the v1 should not support direct IOPS limits ...
EDIT What would you know, hard caps for cgroup for this service type are set to 200 READ and 100 WRITE ... I changed to 500. Seems like bug setting both to 100. These were not yet supposed to function yet, so open the ticket so i can take look. The setting change to 500 also means need to reconfig your account before applied (or slowly overtime). So ask that on the ticket too, to issue "reconfig account to re-assert cgroup limits" or something like that.
