thanks you for the updates.
ive had 2VPS units from hostdzire at leaseweb since January 26, 2025. so far, but ill continue monitoring the situation.
Has anyone actually experienced overselling with Leaseweb? Id be interested to hear your experience.
Had greater than 50% steal when running a CPU heavy workload (could be throttling).
That lines up with the official specifications that we have from the Leaseweb engineers - You're allowed a sustained usage of roughly 50% of your CPU allocations but you're allowed to burst to full core utilization for shorter periods of time.
We have done extensive testing and not found any stability issues in this mechanism, you get throttled yes if you are using full CPU for longer periods and you get adviced to upgrade in that case to an instance with more cores but the performance remains stable even under heavy workloads where throttling is in place - Atleast, thats our experience
i can vouch for hostingby.design, 3 years with them no headache. always on point if something happened to the server
We are an authorized Leaseweb reseller offering genuine Leaseweb VPS.
All our VPS instances are provisioned on Leaseweb infrastructure and managed by Leaseweb — no own hardware or colocation involved.
DM me for our best pricing.
yeah... i wouldn't want counterfeit vpses!
Haha, fair point 😂 “Genuine” probably wasn’t the best choice of word there. I just meant that the VPS is actually provisioned on Leaseweb’s infrastructure, not some reseller’s own hardware.
