    That lines up with the official specifications that we have from the Leaseweb engineers - You're allowed a sustained usage of roughly 50% of your CPU allocations but you're allowed to burst to full core utilization for shorter periods of time.

    We have done extensive testing and not found any stability issues in this mechanism, you get throttled yes if you are using full CPU for longer periods and you get adviced to upgrade in that case to an instance with more cores but the performance remains stable even under heavy workloads where throttling is in place - Atleast, thats our experience
