@cloudblast said: Today reviewing the code that the best developers I knew built for me that I paid big 5 numers amounts I realize how for certain things (not overall architecture thinking), but in terms of quality of code, vulnerabilities research etc.. AI is so much better.

It's incredibly good with vulnerability research, but just because it can't discover the vulnerabilities that it itself creates doesn't mean it writes code with fewer vulns. Even recent research shows that it's as bad (and often worse) than a human programmer, it just happens to create different classes of bugs.

Now don't get me wrong, AI is amazing and is rapidly improving, but its ability to write secure code is still paradoxically lacking (despite its strong ability to find human-made bugs).

That's true but in perspective, AI + A good human is 100X better than a single human without AI.

A developer not using AI for coding it's just funny nowadays, and It's funny how companies that are obviously shitty/local companies especially in Europe are so against AI that they prefer having shittified code because that developer has a 30% syntax knowledge of whatever language it's just comical.

Not by coincidence the AI adoption is more in developed countries

@ScreenReader said: not telling people to self-host their own sync server is a huge fuckoff redflag for me.

you can setup your own server and just change an endpoint in the terminal and boom it works! incredible right?

We're giving cloudblast sync for FREE, tf you want more, and it's not mandatory anyway, we don't ask you to login when you open the app the first time.
