by the way, I don’t know if this was mentioned before if I‘m being honest, but Codex is only only searched in locations that it is installed when using the desktop app. It won’t find it if it was installed using the official CLI install neither when installed using brew.
Had to manually symlink it, other than that the integration works fine.
@cloudblast the smooth scroll in the terminal basically made it unusable when using a trackpad and should default to 0. I opened a PR (https://github.com/BradPerbs/cloudterm/pull/4) with also allowing the user to adjust it manually in the terminal settings.
It looks great
If something is free, you are the product
Kinda true, but only thing we earn is exposure for cloudblast, nothing else
It could be flagged as an unsigned app.
Yet another Electron SSH client.
Can we make it sync from our own server?
Sync feature is great.
Anyone could fork it and remove the CloudBlast sync so it works with your own, I suppose. I checked the license and that didn't seem to be an issue?
I'm not the target audience for this unfortunately.
That and it should be pretty easy, it's just 4 REST endpoints and a settings page, that's it.
As long as you don't distribute it commercially the license allows it.
Yeah, you can see the payload from the client, so you can build a cloud sync server on your own, same goes for the oauth or cloudblast cloud inventory sync.
Got it, unfortunately I aint a coder or programmer.
How about sync option via Dropbox/Gdrive/Onedrive/webdav/etc by default?
And....any plan for Android version? @cloudblast
No, often you're unpaid labour testing the product.
Simple people being too simple that they rely on short phrases instead of thinking. No thanks.
Both possible and good to have, will work on those when I have some spare time.
I disagree.
Let me tell you, these software is free but not open source (though, of course, you have the option to pay/donate):
Using free software isn't actually that bad, bro.
Just started using https://sheil.hrdtr.dev/ its pretty awesome with a SFTP file browser and multi server written in rust.
Hmmm.... latest version is 0.1.5.3 (4 days old)
First version was 0.1.1 (5 days old)
Nobody watching, no issue reported, nobody contributing or asking questions
So project is at an early phase although website/screenshot look nice?
Yes. it is new. i got a reddit ad, audited with AI to confirm no trojans. and then tried on a vm. it looks pretty sleek and used very little memory. I was attracted as it used tauri. I checked developer profile to confirm he was a developer with commits to pre AI era.
sigh
being truthful here.
They sell licenses, not your user data. Those are cases where you can use the app without telling the maker fuck all and report bugs found and fixed. That's very different than services like Facebook where everything is tied to an account, even if you don't sign up for one. That's what that phrase is more aligned with.
Feel free to tell someone without the knowledge to check themselves not using AI tools. Defender ain't checking github repos.
I'm just saying hand the man a fishing rod.
Can we use our own openai compatible keys for the ai feature?
yes, you can set up opencode with your own keys to most providers
Just released yesterday in the 1.3.1 the option to integrate a locally hosted LLM from LM Studio, Ollama etc..
But yeah as @gleepdorf said you can use opencode with the api's.
Its not defender based, just connect the repo with Codex and then run a full audit for any malware. + i had checked the developer profile, he is not a vibecoder. he has commit prior to 2020. I just shared, its upto people to check and use it, by the way it use just 3 mb ram (personally i hate all those electron based apps for eating system resources, with electron you are multiplying the tabs for memory usage), which is why I'm sticking with this tauri based.
Edit: sorry for hijacking the thread.
Since evveryone talking about terminals again, here is cloudterm latest version, isn't it cute?
Temu Termius is back!
I got forced to use it when Cogent went down because I thought the issue was on my side. Btw, it’s actually good, but there are still some issues. Hope u fix them
