  Price Increases. Except as specifically set forth in the Signed Order From, Company reserves the right to increase pricing at any time following expiration of the stated or applicable Term; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained herein (or in any SLA or Signed Order Form to the contrary), if any change in applicable law or regulation affects the delivery of Service (even if during the Term), Company may pass any increased costs through to Customer and Customer may terminate the affected Service without termination liability by delivering written notice to Company within 30 days.

  sounds reasonable, why would you unsustainable deals.

  1. They forcibly raised prices on promotional VPS plans (such as the "11.11" or "20.19" deals) before the billing cycle had even ended;

  what's the problem here, did you must pay the difference to new pricing right away? or you have to wait for next invoice till you can see the new pricing?

  The contract is still valid, but the VPS was forcibly terminated before the contract expiration date.

  now that's messed up, imo price hike only acceptable if it's on the next billing cycle

  If they can't uphold the price, a pro-rata refund should be available, even if there's refund fees

  My server has likewise been suspended, which demonstrates that Krypt lacks commitment to its contractual obligations.
