3 weeks in provision. They have never ignored for so long. I have other services running but this time they just crossed all limits.
The last time I had an issue with them (few weeks ago), I got a response within a day and the issue was fixed same day. IDK why Zach is choosing to ghost some people but not others, super weird.
@ZachNuyek Waiting for 3 weeks now since I paid for servers. Funny part is that I got new renewal invoice for the service which was never delivered lol
