Nuyek - Anyone Else Waiting 7+ Days with Pending Order & No Support?

I bought a machine (server) from Nuyek on July 22nd. It's now been 7 days and the order status is still "Pending." I've submitted a support ticket, but they haven't responded either. What should I do?
