How to Choose a Crypto Payment Gateway for E-Commerce?

CryptomusCryptomus Member, Patron Provider
edited July 20 in Offers

Crypto payments are becoming a regular part of online transactions, and more businesses are adding them as an alternative to traditional payment methods. A crypto payment gateway allows merchants to accept cryptocurrency securely and give customers more payment options.

Since there are many providers on the market, choosing the right one is not always simple. Here are the main things to pay attention to:

Security and compliance

A payment gateway should have strong security tools, such as encrypted transactions, 2FA, fraud protection, secure wallets, and compliance controls.

Supported cryptocurrencies

Customers may prefer different assets. Bitcoin is the most familiar option, but many users choose altcoins or stablecoins like USDT and USDC. A multi-currency gateway gives customers more flexibility.

Integration method

The gateway should be easy to connect to your store. Check if it offers API access, SDKs, plugins for e-commerce platforms, embedded iframe widgets

Prebuilt plugins are often the fastest option for merchants who want to start without much technical work.

Transaction fees

Before choosing a provider, compare all type of fees, monthly charges, possible hidden costs

Low fees are important, but they should not be the only factor. Security, support, and functionality also matter.

Additional business features

Modern crypto gateways often include more than payment processing: invoicing, recurring payments, payment links, mass payouts, reporting and analytics, transaction tracking, conversion tools

Customer support

Good support is very important, especially during integration and daily use.

Final thoughts

A /SNIPPED/ should fit your business needs, not just process payments. The right provider should be secure, easy to integrate, flexible with payouts, transparent with fees, and reliable enough to support business growth over time.

I like how you were actually quite good at a time, then you went cuckoo and all sane users left your platform following the changes that YOU made.

Now you're scrambling with shit marketing tactics by spamming forums and merchants.

What's wrong with them? I'm not a vendor, but as a customer, I'm always happy to see a provider use a Cryptomus gateway because they accept XMR and have never failed to accept the funds.

Don't come spamming live chat and telegram as well when we told you to gtfo so many times already.

Also maybe deal with your legal problems instead of looking for more customers.

@jbiloh @angstrom - I expect the same sanctions you "gifted" me for allegedly AI-written content for everyone.

    https://i.ibb.co/b5XWVwcP/crpt-ai.png

Not giving the exact same level of warning to @Cryptomus means you have a double standard for the community members, based on the amount they pay or not; which is not made clear in any rules, guidelines or ToS. Nowhere says: if you pay, you can post AI-generated content, else you can't.

I expect an official public reply to my message from you with details on the sanction provided!

  • jbilohjbiloh Administrator, Veteran

There is no double standard here.

Cryptomus has received a medium-level warning for self-promotion in a general discussion category and for posting low-quality, apparently AI-written content. The thread has also been sunk, and the promotional link has been removed from the body of the post.

We apply moderation based on the content and circumstances of each case, not on whether someone is an advertiser or how much they spend.

Oh wait, that was outdated; 9.47 CSAT on 19minute response time!

I did copy paste these and screenshot from discord, is that bounds for a ban or warning because that is tool use? I think that is what was also cited that automation tools are not allowed here 🀣

@PulsedMedia, you’re mixing together a few different things here.

Using AI as a tool is not prohibited. Neither is copying a statistic, posting a screenshot, or using automation within your own business. The issue is low effort, automated, repetitive content being posted on LowEndTalk instead of genuine participation.

ServerVerify is a completely separate platform. I’ve personally spent literally thousands of hours building and improving it. Its user base continues to grow, and it is currently serving around 12,000 unique visitors per day. Suggesting that I should simply dispose of it because we expect better participation on LowEndTalk makes no sense.

Cryptomus was warned, the thread was sunk, and the promotional link was removed. That is not special treatment.

You are free to disagree with a moderation decision, but constantly turning these decisions into accusations about friends, payments, shadow bans, or secret standards is not productive.

You’ve been part of this community for a long time. Just enjoy the platform, use it to grow and profit from your business, and do your best to do right by the community. That’s really all I’m asking.

    Double standards.
You are enforcing the opposite standards you claim to be enforcing. AI Slop is 100% approved here, by @angstrom confirmation of such.

By the standards you have applied to us, everything beyond simple AI Slop should be deleted and hidden from LET. This means ServerVerify thread and mention as well, as it's a full website of known AI content.

Show the people You are not running double standards and restore our thread, and pin it on top for couple of weeks to for the damages caused, along with publicly making the AI rules objective and non-subjective. Apologies are optional but highly encouraged, thread restore + pinning is sufficient action over words.

Currently as it stands, the double standards are obvious to anyone who has followed even briefly this saga.
