To keep our server IPs completely clean and ensure top performance for everyone, we have to be strict about a few things:
Zero Tolerance for Spam: No bulk, cold, or unsolicited marketing emails. If you use our service for spam, your account will be suspended immediately without notice.
Sending Limits:
- First 7 days: 50 outgoing emails per day, per mailbox (this keeps the bad actors away).
- After 7 days: Limit increases to 300 outgoing emails per hour, per mailbox.
- Geo-Blocks: Access to the email control panel from mainland China is currently blocked.
Refunds: Because of the low-cost nature of this deal, we do not offer refunds unless the service is completely undeliverable at the time of purchase.
