He never contacted us before or after purchasing the service through another person. As far as we knew, the VPS had been requested by La Na. If he had contacted us immediately or even later, we could have taken appropriate action. He had access to our website and our contact information but never reached out.

After seeing this post we found la na wasn't the customer and the customer is this guy who posted here.
As I already mentioned, La Na has been with us for the past four months and manages 2–3 accounts with WebSilica.
Since WebSilica is a new company, we previously ran Facebook ads promoting our shared hosting services. The IP associated with his domain is a Leaseweb IP that was originally used for our US shared hosting. Later, we migrated all shared hosting accounts to a dedicated server, which is now the main server for WebSilica.
I'm here to clarify the situation regarding the customer, not to answer unrelated questions. This post is about the customer, not your personal issues. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a DM, and I'll be happy to discuss them there.
