  Usually that budget is hard to come by for those specs, have you looked into possibly colocation at all? Possibly buy a machine then colo it? There are some really good deals that ive found for similar to what your looking for just a higher upfront cost and then lower monthly.

  This dual Xeon dedi one fits the request well. Add 2 x 8 TB HDDs in the cart.
