Looking for a Dedicated Server with 10G port

I am looking for a dedicated server on the East Coast of the US.
Requirements
- At least 10TB of storage, SSD or HDD is fine
- RAID preferred, software or hardware RAID is fine
- 10Gbps port preferred, with at least 100TB bandwidth per month
- CPU/RAM requirements are flexible
For context, my current server has 40 cores / 80 threads and 256GB RAM, but that is more than I need. I am mainly looking for strong storage and bandwidth at a reasonable price.
Budget is around $100/month. Setup fees are fine depending on the offer.
East Coast is preferred, but I am open to nearby locations if the network is solid.

Usually that budget is hard to come by for those specs, have you looked into possibly colocation at all? Possibly buy a machine then colo it? There are some really good deals that ive found for similar to what your looking for just a higher upfront cost and then lower monthly.
