never had issues with these things, especially using AES encryption. Never had such hight CPU load. I don't know what went wrong with your particular VPS, but I've been using SoftShell for almost 7 months (4 VPSs) without any issues. Network throughput is also pretty good.
Their network is excellent, but they seem to be heavily overselling right now, which is causing this CPU behavior.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear your four servers have been running flawlessly over the past seven months and that you are enjoying the network speeds. We appreciate the support!
We appreciate the kind words regarding our network!
Regarding your CPU concerns, we actively monitor all of our hardware and can assure you that our nodes are running well below capacity. We strictly enforce resource limits and do not oversell our servers. After looking into the node in question, we confirmed it is perfectly healthy with plenty of available resources.
It appears your experience was a completely isolated case. Often, when an isolated VM experiences unexplained high CPU load while the host is healthy, it is tied to specific software configurations, internal processes, or tuning issues within that individual container itself.
Hey @SoftShellWeb, any chance we could get a restock for LA VPS?
Thanks!
