We recently experienced a temporary hardware issue on one of our LA nodes yesterday, which our datacenter team has since resolved. Your VPS should be back online and fully accessible now.

I'm paying full price for a standard plan (not a promo), and the hardware is completely useless.
The CPU sits at 28% load while completely idle.
With WireGuard running, the single core hits 100% load at just 30 Mbps.
The advertised 1 Gbps port is pure marketing. The heavily throttled CPU simply chokes on basic encryption and physically can't process packets any faster. If you need a VPS for tunnels or proxies, avoid this host. Don't waste your money.
