Leaseweb order stuck 48+ hours, no KYC email received — anyone experiencing this?
Hi all,
I placed a VPS order with Leaseweb (Frankfurt DC) more than 48 hours ago. I received the initial order confirmation email saying it would be reviewed within 1 business day, and that I'd receive KYC verification instructions afterward.
It's been over 2x24 hours now and I haven't received any KYC request or follow-up email.
I've already:
- Sent a follow-up email to their support (replying to the order confirmation thread)
- Submitted a message via their "Contact Us" live chat form on the website
Still no response on either channel. I have all my business documents ready and am just waiting for their KYC request to submit them.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay with Leaseweb recently? Curious if this is normal for them or if I should escalate further. Any tips on getting a faster response would be appreciated.
Thanks!

It's weekend currently, tomorrow will be next business day. You may want to wait a bit longer.
Let us know how it went and if you received any response after a few more days.
The last time I signed up with Leaseweb, my application was rejected because they only work with B2B customers. In that time they answered me within 24 hours.
If they accept your application, please let us know here.
it needs to be stamped by @HostDZire first!
@oloke Thanks for the heads up, didn't realize it was the weekend already. Will wait until the next business day and update this thread with what happens. Appreciate the response!
@Noah2002 that's helpful context, thanks. My order is registered under a company entity, so hopefully that helps with the B2B requirement. Will update this thread once I hear back.
Its.. Sunday?
Business days Mon-Fri
I purchased a service over the weekend I dont expect it really until Tuesday.
If you’re asking, yes, it is.
Its technically Monday in many places already, even in fictional ones like Australia
They don't count.
Now now
Be good.
There are people who believe otherwise and they will be offended
They don’t count.
@mammoth99
Sales, contract management, kyc guys work monday to friday only.
And Leaseweb main team sits in netherlands, everything needs approval of netherlands team.
Then if your order is from USA, then first they need approval from NL, then it goes back to USA, all communication is via email mostly for these things.
Expect reply tomorrow evening UTC time or after tomorrow, because monday is rush day after weekend, they might not give priority to website order KYC.
I know its bad, but this is how it may happen, so i am just giving you heads up.
