  2GB RAM,
  20GB SSD,
  10Gbps (lower is fine if unmetered),

  not an exact match if “unlimited/unmetered” is a hard requirement, but just to add another EU option: Aruba Cloud VPS in Italy comes with 1 Gb/s connectivity and included monthly traffic, depending on the plan.

  Closest low-cost options would be:

  • 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB storage, 5 TB/month traffic, from €4.49 + VAT/month
  • 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB storage, 25 TB/month traffic, from €6.29 + VAT/month

  So it is below/near your budget depending on the plan, but the important caveat is that traffic is metered, not unlimited. Location is Italy rather than Germany.
