Looking for European server with fast ethernet

Hi, I've been dying to find a "cheap-ish" server with these requirements:
500Mbps+ Unlimited Bandwidth
1 IPv4 address
1 GB+ of RAM
Hosted in Europe (I'd prefer Germany but it's really not a big deal)
This is literally just to host a reverse proxy for websites, currently I'm using Oracle Free Tier, but that has a limit of 50Mbps for public connections, which limits what I can do.
