I found a work-around last night to payment not processing on the $0.49 invoice; I found under Billing I could Add Funds to account for a larger amount and then paid my 49 cent invoices using account credit.

I figured it out.
It wasn't because of the VPN. The system detected a mismatch between the IP address and the actual address.

I have never encountered any cancelling orders because of VPN except this cloudinium. Till now the second order I managed to do without VPN I got $1.54 debited over 6 hours still showing pending till now. They are not releasing my IPv4 and SSH logins

I have vpn exclusions in place for like a dozen LET providers... it's definitely not all that uncommon for anti-fraud to flag vpns, probably just luck of the draw.
