    I attempted to apply the promo code, but it's not working, could you check?

    Promo deal finished a while ago.

    If @Tang_Lichun approves transfers, I can give some of mine.

    Hi, I'd like to ask when this package will be available again. Do you have an estimated restock date?

    IPv6 VPS - 2:
    2 vCore CPU • 4GB RAM • 25GB SSD • 10Gbps Network • 4TB Bandwidth • /64 IPv6 — Only €10.00/year

    Which GreenCloud are you referring to? Could you share the GreenCloud website or a link to the provider?

    Also, where can I find the $3.2/year VPS mentioned in this thread? Was it a limited-time promotion, a Black Friday deal or is there another provider I'm missing?

    I'd appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

    Any more reseller or lifetime deals coming up? Noticed prices have been creeping up lately.

    Me too. Is there a self-service method? Or do we have to do credit topup?

    Just open a support ticket and they will change your plan to annual.

    Consider flagging the OP post if you don't like endless people asking the same question over and over again

    Yeah, getting help through tickets and live chat is the best way to solve it, but I'll try my best to reply to these questions.

    If there is a balance in your account, the invoice will be automatically deducted

    I found a weird bug

    </a>
    </div>
    </div>
    </li>
    <li class="nav-item dropdown d-md-down-none">
    <a class="nav-link" href="clientarea/invoices/" role="button">
    <i class="material-icons">account_balance_wallet</i>
    <span class="navbar-menu-balance">
    <span><small class="text-gray">Balance</small></span>
    <span><small class="text-danger font-weight-bold text-nowrap">-$10.00 USD</small></span> <- Here
    </span>
    </a>
    </li>
    <li class="nav-item dropdown">
    <span class="nav-link cursor-pointer" data-toggle="dropdown" href="#" role="button" aria-haspopup="true" aria-expanded="false">
    <span class="navbar-menu-user">
    <span><small class="text-gray">Welcome</small></span>
    <span><small class="text-dark text-nowrap"><b>G</b></small></span>
    </span>
    <i class="material-icons">arrow_drop_down</i>
    </span>

    I make 2 topup invoice. One with $10 and the latter is bigger so it cover a year worth of service. But, somehow not paying the $10 topup invoice creates negative account credit display.

    Yes I had similar issue, topup creates an invoice and not paying the invoice shows negative. My payment was showing errors but support team fixed it and got the $10 topup invoice paid.

    Yes, unpaid invoice will show as a negative number.
