Lots of mental gymnastics in here, the pure facts is that I bought a server and I haven't been able to use it since. I requested a refund and got complete silence back. If there's ANY moderation in the LET forum then I suggest they remove these threads from here. I bought a product and received no products so I guess I was...scammed?
Hi guys, do they have refund policy? If it is not, I think admin or mod of LET should not allow they sell VPS here.
Ticket #DYY-904945 has been ignored for many days. This is unacceptable. Are you still operating or not?
Ping is now lossless, and everything is working again. It looks as though the DDoS attack has paused.
even can't boot

Just wait 10 minutes...
now my vps is getting back again
Hi,
order id: 7869674221
please get: +1 vCore and +1 GB RAM
You could be lucky...
Last Active: 5:13PM
At least I know that downtime comes for free and in plenty
Yeah super! It's back up again for a bit... latency of 900ms, ports 53, 80 and 443 unavailable. Still very useless tbh.
Booted and seems to be working for me, except for some ports (IPv6)
Mine Z series went back online, but i see constant bandwidth drain and plenty incoming connections from pack of any random ips coming here for say "hello, hello" many times
are they scammers !!!! they don't answer tickets and their vps can boot for one week
Bro fk your upstreams. you stale services of all your customers. I dont mean anyting if im rude , imsorry
In fact, something has happened today at around 4pm CEST. Routing changed on IPv4, now routed over pletx. Seems to be another trial of DH with another DDoS cleaner after the last two failed to mitigate the attack.
However, what is very interesting: Now, with pletx much more DDoS traffic arrives at my VPS (3-5Mbps before, now between 20 and 30 Mbps) BUT my VPS is reachable, no IO-crashes, mich less CPU usage. So whatever pletx is doing, it works. Let's keep fingers crossed that the current status continues.
It seems to be true...

I no longer believe in any magical changes. I've had enough of them and demanded a refund.
they just provisioned my server after 5 days
asked for a refund before tho
My communication with tech support, which has been going on since June 17th, is much more interesting. They lie and mock.
As i mentioned before - service online but constant ddos traffic is here. (except 19:00 spike - i've done speedtest-cli on ssh)

btw vps is absolutely idle.
Great, network is back online... but with a latency between 20-30ms it's quite unacceptable for a connection between South Holland and North Holland (The Netherlands).
It's nice to see 11-12ms once in a while, but it's still to high for connections within The Netherlands itself... within The Netherlands you would expect latency between 4-8ms (max) between a customers FttH connection and datacenters.
Even my server in Roubaix France with OVHcloud has a better latency from around 10ms.
i'm assuming South Holland is the town in Illinois, USA?
No it's in The Netherlands, just like where the Amsterdam servers are. I live about 107Km ( 66.49) miles away from Amsterdam (which is in North Holland). I'm more near Rotterdam.
thanks for letting us know, I thought it is somewhere in Asia...otherwise the ping time is not explainable.
Well, got a VPS once from a provider that said it was in a Netherlands DC and it had a IPv4 ping of 80ms. Routing when to New York and back to the Netherlands. IPv6 was routed OK, got a roundtrip of 4ms.
I tested it on my other NL server, and it looks like the traffic is routing through Eygelshoven
Guess where PletX is located
