Amsterdam Qupra DC2 Cooling issues
After a few more or less shorter issues with cooling, Amsterdam Qupra DC2 now seems to have major cooling issues. Already for 24 hours temperatures in the DC are high, and reports are coming in of customers having all kind of issues because of that.
I have a server in that DC and temperatures are worrying for 24 hours now; don't know if there are LET providers that are affected and how they cope with the problems.

Kinda strange it's happening now. If i'm not mistaken temperatures around the region should have finally gone down over the last couple days after all.
True, on the other hand temperature only really came down yesterday. What I see in my monitoring, already last Friday temperature did significantly rise for an amount of time, came back to normal. Then yesterday morning, temperatures started to rise again, went further up as last week but went down again. Only not to the same level as before.
Then, yesterday evening they started to rise again and stayed there until this very moment
So basically I think things were already starting to fail earlier - when indeed it was quite hot over here.
True and it's also not like it's exactly cold now. Just more around 30 instead of the 40+ it was before.
Hmm, maybe it's some cooling system that's failing. 40+ would likely make it worse but failing at 30 is probably still going to cause problems.

Walked around for years in datacenters - seeing the power that is in one rack and knowing the efficiency of equipment (i.e. heat coming out of a server), it's one big radiator. Every DC needs cooling all of the time - only in "colder" (< 25 deg) they are more efficient - but cooling equipment still must work to have descent temperatures on the datafloor.
You know you're having a problem as a datacenter when customers have to mention that there aren't problems at your place when others have issues...
There is a distinct lack of numbers here. What used to be the temperature, what is it now?
