same here, but isn't deployed yet.
I guess the servers provisioning will be long, long, long...
You won a Dedi?
I spam reloaded for 36 hours to get a $99 dedi
Nice!!! Happy for you! Love the dedication!
No eta yet but at least they got back to me saying it should be soon. It seems many units are being provisioned today

Anyone else still waiting in deployment queue for VPS?
Yep I have one that has been stuck "Waiting in provisioning queue.." since I bought it within the first 24 hours of the sale.
Another VPS I paid for never showed up (I have a ticket for this, it is from the early sale site issues)
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to see if anyone else ran into this weird cart glitch during the recent DartNode sale. I managed to grab the STAGE 4 - The Legendary Budget Blaster ($99/yr) deal. The system successfully reserved it, locked my session, and displayed the "Your deal is held" banner with over 9 minutes left on the clock.
However, every time I hit checkout, the backend threw a "This deal has expired or is sold-out" error, completely ignoring the active reservation on the frontend.
I recorded a quick video of the bug happening in real-time here:
https://kloud.vm24.net/s/TqTdQ7msyWbd6Hp
I opened a ticket #26242 explaining the desync issue, but L1 support just gave me a canned "the promo is over" response, missing the point that the platform actively blocked the checkout during a valid hold period.
Has anyone else experienced this desync with their billing portal? Curious if it's a known WHMCS/cart bug under load. @DartNode any chance a manager can take a look at this?
i Love me some dartnode !
I don’t get it, almost a week later and my services aren’t provisioned and other than what appears to be paper pushing (moving tickets around to different queues) nothing outwardly appears to be actually done just the appearance of tickets being worked. I say that because of the generic answers and no follow ups. Even no follow ups on the timeline they provide for them to occur. It certainly makes it difficult to plan data migration activities / renewal plans with my current provider.
I’ve never had this sort of delay with any provider - the payment came out instantly on all my orders and while it’s pennies for the VPS’ it’s more substantial with my $350 dedi… that’s about $0.90 a day, and in this case 6 days thus far without services rendered.
@DartNode what is the plan here with automatic credits with service delays/provisioning delays? Is anyone actively monitoring staff productivity and ticket closure rates from a leadership perspective?
There should be all hands on deck at this point with ticket management, resolution and service delivery.
To me, it’s telling you can sign up for monthly phone support for an added fee with a 3 hour SLA (supposedly) but standard support even for orders is barely existent
Right. It's almost 161 hours since OP and 110 hours since sale was closed . I get we can't expect much from bottom-tier deals. But, at least clear timeline should be made.
Well said…though some of the deals were more in line with some other competitors (some were better of course also) but yeah, at the end of the day transparency goes a long ways.
If the DartDay ordering page said orders make take 7-10 days to fulfill as an example, no one could complain.
OVH and others do that not sure why it didn’t happen here.
what he said.
DartDay 2026 - STAGE 3 - $13.99/YR VPS 3 (US-SOUTH)I think I might want to transfer this out to those late bird of this forum that cannot have a hands on.
That was from 4 days ago. As for pre-order, that's Boston and another PoP. At 7 days, that's pre-order territory
