@fijxu said: Hi yeah the servers are dead.

7 times downtime in first half of June. WTF! Still another 14 days are remaining. You can expect downtime similar to May 96% - and thats bad even for shared web hosting.

I was going to say that you should 100% ignore the uptime being shown there, as I do not always keep the server up and I make a lot of changes, making the server restart.

It looks like some prefixes that were originally announced by Cogent are being withdrawn.

38.45.64.0/22 Is such example. Check the DNS behind that prefix.

I don't believe that conclusion is correct. The 38.45.64.0/22 prefix is still being announced, and the DNS records associated with the prefix do not support the claim that it has been withdrawn by Cogent.

If you've experienced downtime, please submit a support ticket with the affected service and approximate times. We'll be happy to investigate.

It was correct at the time as it was completely gone from the routing table… cause… ya know… you were down due to maintenance.

I was able to verify it wasn't my equipment by running traceroutes during the outage. Traffic was still being routed toward the Cogent network and failing near the area where the maintenance was taking place. After seeing that, I contacted Cogent and they confirmed the issue was related to their maintenance.

@LittleCreek The server seems to be having issues, and I can’t even access the Little Creek Web Panel. Could you please check what happened?
