It says it's being delivered. Not everything is instant especially if the specific config runs out.

On a more serious note, I had one time where they delivered after almost 2 days iirc. Sometimes it takes time.

The only thing you have to look out for, is if you wait for more than 14 days.
Despite no delivery, OVH might deny you any refund until either the server is delivered or the DC kills your order because they can't fulfill it.
