No, it's stuck at the "The product is being delivered" step.
It says it's being delivered. Not everything is instant especially if the specific config runs out.

On a more serious note, I had one time where they delivered after almost 2 days iirc. Sometimes it takes time.
I hope it's not a chargeback; my card has already been prepaid. I hope, as you said, it's just preparing my machine.
I used a credit card linked to PayPal.
