The nameservers ns3 and ns4 for 0frills are offline so no websites reachable. Has been 24 hours... Ticket lodged 5 hours ago. Shared Hosting provider is in France. NS server looks like New York based.
Service has been great for a year... Until now.

better use external ns for production sites. its more reliable.

No good... Seems the webserver is on the same IP as the two nameservers.
Plan B: Restore backups elsewhere for now.....
If the vendor does not provide distributed DNS, it is always advisable to use external DNS.
One could argue ns3 and ns4 are frills by themselves, ns1/2 should be enough
