0frills ns3 and ns4 offline

The nameservers ns3 and ns4 for 0frills are offline so no websites reachable. Has been 24 hours... Ticket lodged 5 hours ago. Shared Hosting provider is in France. NS server looks like New York based.
Service has been great for a year... Until now.

    No good... Seems the webserver is on the same IP as the two nameservers.

    Plan B: Restore backups elsewhere for now.....

    If the vendor does not provide distributed DNS, it is always advisable to use external DNS.
