Is the technical department of DartNode working?
I’ve purchase the drop2 (4x vps) And there are some network issues on the Storage KVM. I’ve submitted a ticket, and asked in the live stream. I received a email just now. They reactivated my vps, but the issue didn’t resolve. I still can’t connect to the storage kvm.

I have received the ticket reply, but it still hasn't helped me solve the problem after several hours.
