  Update: 9 hours later with a paid VPS - not running, no answer in the ticket. Do not recommend. Raised a refund ticket Ticket #MXZ-226786 but expect no soon feedback.

  I had the same problem in April. My IP address opened a different website – krakencloud.net. For several days, I couldn't figure out the problem. Then I created a ticket and had to wait over a week. But eventually, the problem was resolved, and the server has been working perfectly since.
