As mentioned, this can be explained by the very high load due to some attacks we are receiving, the NICs cannot fully handle the load and therefore the servers have some problems, but since yesterday the situation must have been much better
I have to say for the record that probably only three people followed your advice, most of our community remains very close and has no problems and understands the situation
We've already explained the reason, and we believe it should be quite improved now, even if it's not the best yet. If you look at the complaints in the latest posts, very few are complaining about it, because up until now, most nodes have never had Steal problems, and when they do, we improve them.
I repeat, some cases are still being worked on and is our fault.
As for the rest... we've been hearing them for long enough to say that we're still here.
all my 4 server from diffrent nodes go down again again and again , how many days or week take to fix it ?
we are now adding GSL as a permanent upstream and this will be the final fix announced in the past few days.
This Should be solved in 5/10m
We've now had a response after 3 days of waiting, unfortunately we have to do it urgently due to the impact on server performance, it's pointless to keep something that doesn't perform as we want.
Servers still did not worked. I coudn't connect to them throught ssh.
Same to mine
Can you check now? Or try a reboot please
@DeluxHost Can you guys please check live chat (⋟﹏⋞)
Everything has stabilized for me now and is working like it was before the global outage. The only question is for how long.
We'll do everything we can to keep it that way. I won't deny that we're continuing to apply optimizations and various fixes where we can, but for NOW the situation remains stable, but I still can't rule out further drops, and hardly a total down.
Everything will remain under close monitoring for at least 72 hours, before finally closing the incident as resolved.
After that, we'll follow up with an email explaining what happened and providing various information regarding compensation.
Oh sorry, of course
Servers still did not worked. I coudn't connect to them throught ssh.
When it will be possible?
Its down again
As mentioned, we are applying various fixes and optimizations, it seems that GSL is blocking some things that it shouldn't, in fact many nodes are not having problems from what I can see, while others seem to be.
Opened a ticket, SSH connection still very flaky. Also haven't received my freebie either, but now I just need it to work decently 😭
Maybe you need good system administrator looks me.
All vps again down
Dead again 🤦♂️
No VNC, it's not even detected in the control panel.
A word of caution for anyone thinking of signing up right now.
I've been a Deluxhost customer since February 2026 — a VPS in nLighten AMS-01. Almost from the start it's had recurring outages: the server freezes / goes unreachable and needs a manual reboot. It got bad enough that months ago I already had to move some services off it to another host.
Over the last several days it's become unusable: it's down most of the time, a reboot only brings it back for a couple of minutes before it drops again, and lately the reboot itself often fails ("the system failed to respond to the action request"). Support did at one point acknowledge a hardware/cooling and network fault on the node — but since I asked to be migrated to a healthy node, I've gotten no real help for days; the request just sits there while the server stays down.
The offer looks attractive and maybe other nodes are fine — but based on ~4 months on nLighten AMS-01, I'd think twice, especially about how slow support is once something actually breaks.
Closing the general chat on Discord is not the best idea tbh.
As only one ticket can be opened, please consider opening a channel **on Discord if not **general, for people to at least report their problem.
As more and more people have to come here and complain, please let them discuss in your Discord channel.
My server still offline, from 2026-06-06 08:45:50, I tried reboot it via panel few times, but nothing had changed.
My server isn't working either, rebooting the server didn't help. Ticket #VUF-808571
My server has been down as well and went up and down possibly about 20 times in the past 2 days.
my servers are down again. cant boot, cant ssh in - you wouldnt know when its working or not. no point raising a ticket - we all know there are issues. how many tickets will i open.
Crazy downtimes

Are all the problematic nodes in the nLighten data center?
Just wanted to share my experience with this provider. My VPS has been completely unusable for the past few days. It usually starts with massive network drops and severe packet loss, making the connection highly unstable, and then the whole system just collapses.
The filesystem constantly locks up into Read-only mode, completely dropping out with "Input/output error" and "Bus error" because the virtual disk literally detaches from the hypervisor storage bus.
This is a recurring network and hardware issue, meaning they have a failing RAID array or heavily overloaded host nodes that they refuse to fix. The worst part? Their support team. I provided complete terminal logs, ping statistics, and hardware evidence, yet all I get is standard boilerplate replies like "we are checking this". Days are passing, nothing is fixed, and my services are completely dead.
No, they can't.
Delux, so where did the money go after requested refund and removed the undelivered service? Did you pocket it? $14 just to look at a broken VPS! It's a scam.
I can't even verify for the Discord server
I have to reboot my machine currently 5 to 10 times a day (IO errors). Before the DDoS attack, the VPS crashed "only" every 2 weeks.
I kind of hoped the situation gets better instead of worse...
