That's your benchmark comparison so obviously you bring the same specs from the same DeluxHost and you compare the scores see which is more oversold. It's just outrages to ask for that amount of money, if the CPU performance is just as good as with one core. If you want to sell it at this price, ask DeluxHost to be moved to a less overselled node.

To add, I have a M-4 (7950X3D) that should be worse in single core, but have a look. How much is mine worth, if I would calculate it like you? €38.00EUR/y = 75€ in transfer, I don't think so.
