Since you think DeluxHost is so great, I think you should keep it permanently. Don't deceive yourself, and don't deceive others.

How sad LowEndTalk forum has become. If you don't like what you see, just leave.

Please do it. Give us a good example.

Im the OP of this thread,

It doesn't give you the right to be rude to others that just had their opinions. LET is a community, users are free to say their opinions in a polite manner, like @zed and @JohnFilch123 did.

Opposite, your attitude is on the other side.

As it was mentioned: bringing this attiude, who does want to trade with you?

Just for your knowledge, I am a DeluxHost customer, but would I buy from you seeing this rudeness? NOPE. Not at all. You may have some good stuff, you may consider them gold stones, me may consider it same as you (not excludeed, for sure), but this way of being it doesn't help the selling process and it hurts the community.

No one stopped you to sell it. Good luck. But don't be rude to others.

    All the best.

Just as a detail, I was looking to replace my W-1 that I already have. Will I do it with you. Absolutely not.

My attitude depends on who you are and how you approached me in the first place. As simple as that, you can clearly see I was friendly at the beginning if you deserve my respect.

I don't see that as rude but returning the favour :) So now you guys got butthurt huh? Everything would be fine if you posted your opinions in a respectful way and tone. Go learn some basic courtesy and tone in speech writing.

Wrong! That tells me you are a child or a MJJ (it is just an observation, nothing else).

A person's attitude is always same, not altered by the people around. A boss is always a boss, with good manners and kindness and generosity. Dealing with a bad employee it doesn't transform the boss into someone else. This is a life lesson.

Anyway, good luck with your sale.

    All the best.

Here is the yabs of the M-4 service (not the same as the one being offered here, different cpu, different location, etc) but it does show the performance to be expected. You will most likely not get the "raw cpu performance" as mentioned.

This a benchmarkl for W-3 with 3vCPU so it is similar to what OP has regarding the CPU. I've got more RAM nad disk, but... anyway.

  • Just good words for uptime. Unfortunately I've had to restart the W-1 service because of an update, but the uptime was 175 days.

For those who remember the network issues that Deluxhost had a while ago, the W server remained up, being the most stable server from all the series.

So, the uptime of W series is :+1: excellent.

But the disk and the cpu...

  • For reference, i'll post for W-3 service (because it has 3 cpu, so similar to what OP has) the yabs scores when I bought it and now, for comparison.

When I bought it (after getting the bonus...)

@FentyFold maybe you should consider therapy

Welp Welp.. Look whose getting butthurt. Trying to impose thoughts on an admin to close my thread because of wordplay? Saying it isn't a valid service transfer "anymore" because you got butthurt. Fyi, I'm still waiting for this service transfer you're the one harassing my thread in the first place.

People, if you're not interested in the OP's service transfer, then move on and don't post anything -- seriously

@FentyFold (= the OP), if you find that a comment is inappropriate, please flag it, saying why, but don't reply to the comment in the thread, which only serves to give rise to a more heated exchange

Just to clarify to everyone, the OP states the following regarding the prices:

Current term paid for until Dec 2026. Renews at 12EUR/Year
    Asking Price(each): 25 USD
Transfer Fee: +5 USD (DeluxHost T.o.S) (borne by buyer)

If the VPS renews at 12 EUR / year, then the OP may ask for at most 2 x 12 EUR as the transfer price, not including any transfer fee paid to the provider

    2 x 12 EUR = 24 EUR =approx 28 USD , according to today's exchange rate

Since the OP is asking for 25 USD, this is acceptable (because less than 28 USD)

The transfer fee of 5 USD -- assuming that this fee is correct, as stated by the provider -- is paid directly to the provider, which is also acceptable

My only comment/question is that it seems a little odd that the provider gives the price of the VPS in EUR but the transfer fee in USD. @FentyFold , could you clarify this?

Thanks for being impartial, finally a cool-headed person stepped in. I stated transfer fee of 5 USD because that 80cents doesn't bother me at all, 5 EUR=5.8 USD as for why I asked for 25 USD it's mostly because of the +2 extra vCore, nothing to do with transfer fee. I don't get anything from transfer fee it goes fully to the provider for administrative transfer cost.

I tried doing the YABS with GB4 it is not showing any scores somehow, not sure if its a visual glitch but the system runs smooth. If there is any issue with GB performance im sure DeluxHost support will render appropriate assistance. Several users have also posted the GB score that can be expected with the same CPU model and vCores.

  • FentyFoldFentyFold Member

    @network

    According to the website scores.
    Single Core: 2713
    Multi Core: 2944

Based on the scores being higher than several users posted above, I think the VPS is in a not-too-clustered/overloaded node which is a good thing.
