Bulgaria/Sofia cheap VPS

Hello,
I am looking for a low-end VPS located in Sofia, Bulgaria with the following minimum specs:
Requirements:
1 vCPU
1 GB RAM
10–15 GB SSD/NVMe storage
15–20 TB monthly transfer minimum OR unmetered with fair-use policy
IPv4 required (IPv6 preferred)
1 Gbps port (or higher is fine)
Budget:
Up to $8/month
Willing to pay annually if the provider is reliable and established
Use case:
Lightweight services (VPN / proxy / small web apps). No heavy CPU usage, but consistent bandwidth usage around 10–20TB/month.
Notes:
No overselling-heavy or unstable nodes preferred
Please mention any fair-use limits or throttling policies clearly

Already have a server with Melbicom, looking for other providers :)

@aluy (https://aluy.net) perhaps? I think they have Bulgaria.

    @MannDude (https://incognet.io) also has Bulgaria.

Try https://incognet.io from @MannDude then. They seem to have it in stock. They're a solid provider, I'll vouch for them.

Once you run out of bandwidth, it's throttled to 250 Mbps or something, not cancelled. You could probably ask if you could have a custom plan that stays within your budget.

Have seen some of their offers on vpspricetracker, is there a YABS?

    EDIT: Wait, limited BW?

I'd say ask them for a custom deal with your required amount of bandwidth, but budget is maybe too tight for 20 TB.

Their network in BG is excellent, and they are a legit, stable provider, so if you care about that, maybe reconsider the budget limitation.

    AlexHost has servers in Bulgaria.
I've only heard good words about Alphavps as well. Check their routing first to see which suits you better.

    Hi,

Melbicom has VPS in Sofia for 3.9 €/month:
    CPU 1 core
    RAM 2GB
    Storage 20GB
Bandwidth up to 1 Gbps. If the monthly quota 5TB is exceeded, the throughput is reduced to 100 Mbps.
    Data transfer Unmetered
    IPv4 and IPv6 included

Bandwidth would probably be an issue for you, but should you be interested anyway: https://www.melbicom.net/virtualserver/?utm_id=2025_BSTForum100

I'd totally grab this for my collection, but then I checked the story behind Rabisu here on LET:
    https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/215633/can-i-use-macvlan-on-a-vps-to-split-my-ipv6-range/p1
    https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/216160/rabisu-got-banned/p1
And that's a hard "no", I don't want to deal with or support with my money a person who is so dumb and impudent, even if it's just a 10-dollar VPS. And will also try to ensure that background is not forgotten any time that provider is mentioned.

Well, I do agree their actions were dumb to say the least. But it doesn't make their VPS bad, and it doesn't make the deal less appealing.

I convinced myself it was a bad PR manager, not the tech staff. YABS is fine for $10/yr (cpu and disk is pathetic, but network is good)
