Can I use macvlan on a VPS to split my IPv6 range?

I’d like to split and use the IPv6 range I was assigned, so I was thinking of trying it with macvlan. But does a typical VPS provider even allow macvlan?

Would it be a good idea to open a support ticket and ask them first?

Hey there! Regarding your question about using MacVLAN to split your IPv6 range, that's definitely something you can do with our VPS setups. Here’s a solid plan that would work well for such configurations:

    • 4 vCPU (AMD Ryzen)
    • 8 GB RAM
    • 60 GB NVMe SSD
    • DDoS Protection
    • Free Backups
    • Starting at $5.26/mo

Feel free to ask if you have any questions or need more specifics – happy to help!

    Best regards,
