I'm not even for sure what was deleted but I always thought LET just locked threads that get out of hand or derailed, not delete them.
Anyhow, I don't really care all that much. The CMG vs Path drama isn't anything new or unknown on LET and it doesn't seem that either side is going to be particularly fond of the other side anytime soon.
Curtis snitching on Rene because he got caught with the messages on his laptop was certainly a new revelation in the last thread. As was him sending his legal team to threaten to sue Jon Biloh if he didn't hide the threads about it. Genius level criminality, hasn't changed one bit since his swatting convictions.
In the message excerpts, Curtis clearly thought he was Eugene "The Plague" Belford strolling up to his signal chats on a skateboard. Who talks like this?
Fortunately, Northwood studios has recently dropped Terabit as a partner once they learned about it. Some on LET will still choose to trust their data with a convicted swatter who has continued cybercrime well into adulthood, but at least they've been warned.
Issues need to be separated and compartmentalised. This legal issue is regarding relationship and contracts between providers. The customers represents a different issue entirely. A provider may act differently towards customers and differently towards other providers.
So far the services of Terabit are working. As customer I simply can't complain about it over the past year of service. Based on this, I can only recommend Terabit. But here I am expressing my view based on my limited experience with them as customer.
With regards to the legal issue, that should run its legal course. I am no lawyer, so in my opinion the legal institutions will need to follow that case in detail and make their competent decisions. Meanwhile I shall enjoy Terabit as customer.
Yeah, I've never had to provide KYC in around 5 years of using it.
That said, my client chose to use it, so I send them my contract PDFs and they upload to docusign and I sign as a guest account. I have some recollection of using an actual signature on there once when I had to sign some NDA stuff using my Macbook touch pad to draw, but the last dozen or so contracts have all just used some cursive font that looks only slightly more professional than Comic Sans for both of our signatures.

As someone who used to be a long-time server owner and player in the SCP: Secret Laboratory community in the past, his Northwoods partnership amounted to nothing.
They didn't advertise Terabit at all outside of a single button that no one clicks and from what I know, they didn't uphold their end of the contract. They weren't a profitable client or source of marketing. More trouble than it's worth. They took a huge share in commissions without even contributing at all in marketing. Bad client.
Northwoods is also engrossed in just as much drama as Path and they tend to try to bury it like you do.
You are acting like you are a white-hat innocent little boy with zero crimes under your belt. Do you want to talk about your old LulzSec drama and talk about how you snitched to save ass and avoid jailtime?
No one in this drama is innocent, but the only person I can see making amends for what is very old drama from a much younger him is Curtis.
Your very minuscule mistakes of the past when you were much younger (and also owed $100k in unpaid salary) shouldn't define your future.

You were a leach who met the right people, got credited for a lot of other peoples crimes additionally too, and when the cops came to your door, you became a informant to save ass, not to actually benefit or save anyone but yourself. You aren't innocent, you are guilty of just as much crimes as Curtis is/was. Whenever you describe this lawsuit, you make it feel like Sam Altman vs Elon Musk. You also hide and protect active criminals and pedophiles behind your company. How come you think that this will help Path's reputation at all when you had to stage Tempest behind a fake merger and constantly change datacenters due to unpaid bills. Single is boring, predictable, easy. Having a relationship and understanding one woman in all her moments becomes a challenge. Having multiple relationships and understanding multiple women with their individual emotions all at the same time — now that's what I would define as "interesting".
Back on topic: I tend to think Biloh is not rich as some commented. He bought LET for cheap from Deluxe, making some money through advertisements, but I can't consider this rich, simply based on how providers struggle and some providers even left LET. Bilou even tapped the AI bubble, trying to monetise the voluntary reviews (using ServerVerify) in a desperate attempt for more money — this is not a display of large income. Actually I believe Biloh has a job and works something with high income (manager?), since he does not even moderate LET (others moderate LET for him with voluntary work)
If I would win the lottery or be blessed with some unpredictable financial luck, I would actually buy the whole LET+LEB and donate it all to someone who cares, like FAT32. But this is just my humble wish in a chaotic universe which does not follow nor cares about my limited thinking.
