DocuSign is very widely accepted. There is more to it than just applying a .png of your signature or "handwriting font" of it on a document. On mobile and too lazy to go into detail.

I've always used it for LOAs, NDAs and such.

I mean, in Ukraine and in Estonia there is digital signatures that are accepted by governments and are used to identify signer. I haven't seen anything close to that guarantees level in DocuSign.

DocuSign is fairly universally accepted in Australia for anything from company formation to real estate purchases. It is not mandated, mind you, it is just accepted, on the strength of the reputation of the witness. If a law firm puts its name to a document, it is assumed the law firm did KYC on the signer. Now you can't necessarily verify the law firm remotely, you have to reach out, but I guess you could do that.

However, the concept of a valid signature in common law countries is a bit of an amusing mess. There have been Canadian cases (at the very least; I would have to actively go looking for Australian cases) holding that a 'Thumbs Up' reaction in iMessage is a valid signature for the purposes of holding someone to a contact.

Well, it’s available on the usual places on the internet where deleted stuff is. Surprisingly it’s not new and from February.

That thread only lasted a few days and was removed, but some people just can't pass it as they live off drama.

I like drama, I enjoy a nice bowl of popcorn; but I can't understand those people who live for drama and consider it their purpose in life. I just can't put myself in their shoes. Sometimes a person needs a good slap in the face and a beer, simply to snap out of it.
