    Thanks, but that's typically the first place I look. My support ticket has a CC for another gmail address and I've not received anything there. I was able to view my original ticket (indirectly), and I see they've give me a blow off reply there and my gmail CC account didn't receive any email so the whole thing is starting to look a little suspect.

    Well, looks like it finally got sorted out, the folks at DediRock (Danny, I believe) did come through. For my part, I fat fingered my email in the order form (which was one of my suspicions). But the fact that the support ticket system didn't work as expected and the forgot password also didn't work for an email that WAS correct is also suspicious. But they did finally get me squared away and I'm successfully back logged in with correct email and reset password. Now to validate that the service works as i hope.

    Well, looks like it finally got sorted out, the folks at DediRock (Danny, I believe) did come through. For my part, I fat fingered my email in the order form (which was one of my suspicions).     How are things going now?
    One of my 1.5TB HDD VPS instances has been offline for five days and still hasn't come back online. While the other is fine.
    Hoping things get better as soon as possible.

    My 2TB has similarly been offline for over 13 hours now. I raised a ticket over 7 hours ago that doesn't seem to have been seen since. Hoping it's not another RAID failure, as I don't want a second complete data loss in 4 months! Ticket: GDP-702153

Good news is, there is no RAID failure, but rather it looks like a policy failure on our end to which I will get corrected. We will make this right.

    I would be more than happy to wait until this weekend for the restock. Please kindly do not issue a refund, as I truly love your service and genuinely wish to keep these servers.

    To be honest, I am a long-time customer of colocrossing.com and have hosted many projects with them. However, I’ve found myself leaning much more towards DediRock lately. Your support team's outstanding attitude and top-notch problem-solving efficiency are unmatched, which is precisely why I am completely fine with waiting for the restock.

    Regarding these two services, there is a slight difference in their billing cycles: one was activated as an annual plan back on November 23, 2025, and the other is a new annual plan from today. To make things work and keep everything simplified on your end, I am completely willing to pay any pro-rata fees or price differences required to align their billing periods.

    Since the new deployment is currently on hold and the environment is clean, I’ve already backed up my data. Because my project requires high concurrency and runs best on a single, strong system, I would like to kindly ask if your technical experts could help me with a special favor: merging the hardware resources of these two instances into a single server.

    Once the stock is ready this weekend, please feel free to send me an invoice for any remaining balance. Your technical team has my full authorization to proceed with this adjustment directly whenever it's convenient—there is no need to double-check with me.
