    23 minutes later the whole amount was moved to another wallet. No KYC, no AML, no questions.

  • 15 Oct, after our reminder about the $15 invoice: "Your payment processing flow is very unsafe (looks like totally vibecode). Can you rework your payment flow?"

  • Fine, we said, then just return the $20. Reply: "We're can return your $20 to wallet: ... According our AML-policy."
  • We agreed to your condition the same day.
  • 18 Oct, the next condition: "Before we can process the refund, we need to complete a KYC/AML check. The incoming payment was sent from an exchange that operates without identity verification ... If the verification is not completed, the funds will remain on hold."

  So the money was clean enough to accept and forward within 23 minutes, but needs our passport to come back. And it is "on hold" in a wallet it left four days earlier.
