I've had a DocuSign account for probably a decade or more. I'm sure at some point I've had to KYC with them or give my SSN or something to prove that I am in fact who I'm signing as.
That's the default signature Docusign creates when you sign a document by typing your full name and surname. As you sign the document with your full name, how the signature looks is unrelated, you typing and accepting the document with your full name binds it to you.
I’ve had one for a few years and I’ve never had to submit that. The main thing it’s based on is trust and IP you’re signing from.
Also, you have to click on the link sent to the email and that proves you own the email. All of those should be more than enough to prove that you’re the one signing it.
ahh, should i keep my terabit vps?
I love the drama, it just never ends.
But honestly, im surprised a path employee sold internal data to competitor. I thought it was marshal just being paranoid of everyone.
No wonder cosmicguard got pretty similar anti-ddos offerings/game profiles so suddenly.
While DocuSign and the likes are used globally, Europeans generally have digital signatures issued by the state. So there is no reason for me to "sign" an important legal document with anything other than my state-issued private key, or to do KYC with a private, foreign company like DocuSign.
DocuSign and the likes are still used for processes where less friction is preferred like for example an utilities contract.
finally we found Andrew from legal

My vm is still up. Will pass on the drama.
thanks for this input. I was wondering why Andrew Francis and Curtis Gervais have similar handwritten signature-style,, esp looking at last "i s" characters.
That's the kicker! Here we find ourselves reading some potential drama with regards to some provider complaining legally about LET, but the provider works, their services work, their servers are up.
In my opinion this legal complaint can simply be ignored, because LET is a forum which also has public rules allowing for some wiggle room rooted in free speech. The thread of which this legal case is complaining about is already closed and removed, therefore it is safe to conclude that action has already been taken by staff here, hence the complaint is unfounded at present and can safely be ignored because the cause of complaint is non-existent.
Maybe I am wrong; I'm no lawyer (and also don't wish to waste AI power with analysing this case in detail). Usually good drama here contains some downtime, tickets unanswered, "refounds", providers being rude. But I find this one as something completely different and a bit confusing actually.
But it's LET, drama is liked here! And tbh I would prefer dramas like these and not boring deadpools.
100% yes. Good агитпроп /s
In Sweden they made it incredibly friction free. Even hosting providers use it for login. Issued by activating from your bank (all big banks are in on it), taking a photo of your passport and then finished by scanning your passport's NFC chip with phone
It supports code and/or FaceID (up to the merchant if they want to allow Face ID or not, usually enabled on transactions for smaller amounts etc)
Incredibly useful because if you've lost your phone, as long as you have a national ID or a passport with you, you can buy a new phone and generally speaking be able to transact right away, lifesaver when abroad for example
thankfully it cuts over the waist not showing the tiny cock
We get this kind of nonsense periodically from providers or people who don't like something said about them. They open tickets and rattle their legal sabers because someone wrote a bad review, but they usually write the legalese themselves. Remember when you were in fifth grade and wanted to write something that sounded official? Or when you watched that YouTube video of a sovereign citizen being pulled over for having a made-up license plate and the Sov then spouts of bunch of Supreme Court decisions and Black's Law Dictionary citations? That's what they sound like.
This isn't quite verbatim but they usually sound like this. You'd think with AI they'd at least sound more legitimate.
