In my opinion: "meh". I'm having issues for quite some time now and they still aren't solved. Also since over a day I have packet loss on my VPS, added that to my still ongoing ticket and haven't received a response yet (24 hours later).

But they illustrate it themselves the best:

    Technical 8:00 - 23:30 Mon - Sun (Europe/Rome)
    Offline
Technical will be available in 22 hours

Don't know how to interpret that...

After testing, I downloaded a file on this server and pulled it via rsync from another machine, only to find the transfer speed is strictly capped at a mere 256KB/s. I truly fail to understand the purpose of such restrictions.
You advertise a 10Gbps shared port and unlimited traffic, yet every single outbound connection is throttled to 256KB/s. This is completely misleading false advertising.
Please do not ask me to submit a separate ticket for this issue — this is not an isolated problem with my individual server, but a deliberate traffic‑side restriction imposed by your service provider.
If this issue cannot be properly resolved immediately, I and my entire community group will permanently blacklist your provider and warn all users against your services.

One additional point: my upload speed tops out at around 30 MB/s (equivalent to 300 Mbps) and never goes any higher, and I can’t figure out why.

Do you also get the "I/O error, dev vda" (or similar) when opening VNC? I keep running into this issue from time to time, and today it happened again. :)

Yes, exactly. About every two weeks my root gets remounted to read only because of I/O errors of the storage. Sometimes a reboot fixes that, last time the reboot did not work for about 10 hours due to some problems with the underlying storage according to DeluxHost.

I understand that these VPSes are cheap and therefore not as stable as others, have a lot of downtime, and require manual reboots about every 2 to 4 weeks -- I am okay with all of that problems. But what I don't like is that I never get informed about that my VPS crashed, no email, not showing on the status page, nothing. I even subscribed to all notifications for all series on the status page.

I wish that @DeluxHost communicates clearly the crashes and when it is time to reboot to the affected users.

I think i should wait before going with them. Lot of issues in threads andthe -ve thing is mostly remained unsolved.

I was also puzzled. I reinstalled the system again and tried. I was surprised to see that your speed was 50 Mbps, because my speed tests in various continents could never break 300 Mbps. I will reinstall the system and test again.

What is your ticket ID? We don't apply any default limits. We've honestly never received any complaints about connection speed in all this time. If you have a fixed speed of 50 Mbps, you may have been limited for exceeding our FUP, but without knowing the context, I can't say for sure.

When you serve thousands of customers, I think it's normal.

What you see here is the minority. Just as there are satisfied customers, there are dissatisfied ones. But we don't deny that there are problems we need to solve, both in the past and now. The important thing is to work on them and not pretend nothing is happening.

The speed may depend on various factors, as it is not private but shared with multiple people in the node, but I would like to investigate as, as mentioned, we have not received any reports regarding this.

How can that happen when you offer unlimited traffic?

This is a known issue for which, as we wrote on the statue page, a permanent fix will be available soon. It's not a common problem, it can happen under specific circumstances once or twice a month, and a simple reboot is all it takes to resolve it. It's obviously a serious thing that urgently needs to be fixed. You can certainly find what we've written about it in our previous posts.

I have made several adjustments to the DD system, BBR and DNS, and ran Speedtest and iperf3 tests every time. It seems re‑DDing the system is a must—nobody really wants to use the default system from the provider.

I later realized the problem stemmed from DNS and BBR. Strangely, I never had this issue on other machines. The problem was temporarily resolved after I deleted the provider’s default DNS and enabled BBR with FQ. Since I’m not very professional, I can only stop testing here and cannot confirm if the issue will happen again in the future.

@mapleling could you enlighten us what you mean by re-DDing? What changes you made and where?
Also DNS replacement except of an initial delay resolving the target IP has nothing to do with the network speed. I am really confused.

I've had a positive experience with this VPS service overall.

The support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. They assisted me quickly whenever I needed help, which made the whole setup process much smoother.

The control panel is also well designed. It offers a lot of detail and makes managing the VPS straightforward, even for more advanced configurations.

One feature I really appreciated is the ability to upload custom ISOs, which gives a lot of flexibility when choosing or testing different operating systems.

I also received the freebie within just a few hours after requesting them, which was a nice bonus and shows good customer service.

The pricing is very affordable since it works on a monthly payment model, so it's easy to test the service without long-term commitment. If it doesn't suit your needs, you can simply unsubscribe.

Of course, being a very cheap VPS service, there can occasionally be some minor issues or limitations. However, considering the price point, it compares favorably to other services in the same range.
