I recently placed an order for a VPS, and the funds were successfully deducted from my account, but the invoice is still showing as "Unpaid" in the client area.

of cource when KYC is not in place you lost control of the situation like this, you gettin ddosed , attacked, all cos of anonymous customers simply buy & run malware easily.

Having some issues with support response times. Ticket #HUD-139802
The control panel root password reset feature is currently broken (it fails and doesn't send the automated emails). I've been waiting on a reply to get this fixed so I can manage my server. can you please check on this?
