Community Poll: Should We Remain a Provider on LET?

How did you manage to select annually? ๐๐
If you need more reliable service then renew it.
again providers like him are the reason why nobody should be trusting let hosts atp, bunch of incompetent scammers trying to run a company but failing miserably, and whip up posts like this
I've said this before but i'll say it again: I don't get where this sentiment comes from. LET has always had a good portion of dogshit around it. Its bound to be this way since all those summerhosts, bottom of the barrel wannabes and full on scammers are what for a good part feeds LET's addiction to cheaper/faster/bigger.
I mean just look at how long the whole Prout saga has been going on and as far as i know he hasn't even been sighted around those parts for quite some time now. No one should be buying some kind of massively price dumped server from a host without a proven track record and expect to get some kind of diamond in the rough while paying peanuts.
There will 100% be positive surprises occasionally but going at it with some kind of baseless expectations is not LET's fault. It's just the buyer being fucking unrealistic and stupid. While the whole tag thing might weed out the total no effort kiddies/scams it's still nothing more than a bare minimum requirement and in reality not much more than a monetization scheme.
LET is and always was 100% buyer beware. There is nothing new about that and lets be real if someone was to be looking for some super formal business environment just to end up on LET there is something seriously wrong with that person. Pretty much like with someone building their 7 digit business empire ordering a $7/y year box from a spammy thread. I'm not saying these kinds of offers wouldn't have their place but people need to simply put some effort into finding a match for their actual requirements and those usually exist.
TL;DR: Just do the sensible thing. Get comfy, grab some popcorn and enjoy the show.
This is a different story. Once and if the price goes up, I will see what can be done.
This is correct.
Well, if you must ask, you probably already know the answer.
I just clicked annually!!! :D
Weird, mine won't let me select anything other than monthly
that was a quick fix.
There is no if ... maybe you didn't get the mail ;-)
Also, you did read the rest of story and have your creditcard secured, right? RIGHT?
Have not received anything just yet. Right, my card is secured, no worries.

But who knows, maybe it was just again the ploy of an angry employee. Those random +220% are pretty epic though even if it seems to be mostly rather just 20-30%.
Edit: Am i the only one getting the impression that @Dasabo regularly just selectively mails various groups of people?
Damage control. Selective disclosure just undermines trust and accountability.
Thanks. Well, sounds like I am not renewing mine
Yeah, in any case it's pretty weird.
Hehe, i figured
Chances are like 99.99% of LET is on exactly the plans that were hit the hardest.
It is fine, no hard feelings. I need to reduce the amount of servers anyway.
I'm kinda learning the patterns here
Nonono, you are kindly learning the patterns
I just acquired a existing host active on let. Just wait for it...
I hope this is true this time.
It is. Press release in the making. Hoping to announce publicly soonโข
Damn, we still havenโt recovered from the first shock.
Here we go again !!
